Funeral services for Dorothy Fisk will be held 2:00 P.M.. Monday, November 16, 2015 at Bear Creek Lutheran Church in Frankford Township, MN with Larry Iverson officiating. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday. Hindt Funeral Home of Grand Meadow, MN is in charge of arrangements.

Dorothy Fisk, age 85, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Grand Meadow Healthcare Center in Grand Meadow, MN.

Dorothy Arlene Iverson was born April 18, 1930 in Grand Meadow, MN to Adolph and Mabel (Skaren) Iverson. She was a graduate of Grand Meadow. On April 18, 1949, Dorothy was united in marriage to Harold Fisk at the old Lutheran church in Grand Meadow. Dorothy worked at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN for 15+ years, Grand Meadow Nursing Home as a cook, Grand Meadow School, babysat, ran a paper route, and had many other miscellaneous jobs throughout her life, retiring in 1997. In her free time, Dorothy also enjoyed gardening, dancing, and playing cards.

Dorothy is survived by her siblings, Marcella (Bob) Wiese of St. Cloud, MN, David Iverson of Sturgis, SD, Ronnie (Karen) Iverson of Santa Maria, CA, and Audrey (Fritz) Olson of Stewartville, MN; sister-in-law, Shirley Iverson of Spring Valley, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Adolph and Mabel, husband, Harold on July 10, 1997, 2 sisters, and 2 brothers.
