Paul L. Schulz, age 95, died Jan. 16, 2017 at the Spring Valley Senior Living in
Spring Valley, MN. He was born May 26, 1921 in Spring Valley to Leo and Frieda (Laging) Schulz and resided in Spring Valley his entire life. He attended Bateman Country School and then Spring Valley public school. Paul farmed east of Spring Valley with his father until he retired. In 2006 he moved to the Spring Valley Senior Living where he lived until his passing on Monday.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, brothers Eugene, Lynn, Dale, and sister, Dorothy. He is survived by three nieces, Deanna Nordstrom, Debara Mandeville, and Kristine Welch.
An informal visitation will be held 1 hour before the celebration of life gathering at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Spring Valley on Saturday, January 21, 2017, at 2:00pm. Memorials can be sent to Our Savior’s Lutheran Church or Spring Valley Senior Living. Burial will follow at the Dr. Martin Luther Lutheran Cemetery (Midway Cemetery).
