Thinking of your family during this time of loss. Dean always had a smile and memories to share when we ran into him at Lake Geo on our visits back to Dexter! God's blessings to you all.

Glenn, Wayne, Steve, Marcia, Diane, Leisha, and your families:
It is with much fondness that I recall Dean and all of you from our past as kids growing up, with our parents very dear friends of each other, and in our faith in the Lord. Though it is doubtful that I will make the funeral, please know I will hold you close to my heart in the passing of your sibling, Dean. The Lord will be very mindful of you and hold your close to His side. He will never leave you. My love,

A calm, reliable voice in time of need. A smile and laughter when we would meet. That is how I shall remember an old friend of the past 30 years. My sympathies to the Westfall family and acquaintances.

When Dean was in Council Bluffs, I was the Pottawattamie County Sheriff in charge of the 911 system. Dean was integral to making the system go! He was a good friend and certainly will be missed by all who knew him. Godspeed Dean......

I offer my sincere sympathy and prayers to all of Dean's relatives. I had the pleasure of knowing Dean when he was the assistant director for the 911 center here in Sioux Falls. I was the chaplain for the city and county fire departments when I first met him. I would often stop by the communications center and Dean would always have time to visit, as did the Director by the name of Bob Cox. Dean and Bob both worked at the 911 center in Council Bluffs, IA. Again my thoughts and prayers and may he be in the arms of God and the company of the saints. Rest In Peace, Metro Two !
