Debra L. Ryan

Debra L. Ryan passed away at the age of 59. She was formerly of the Cresco, IA area. She passed away peacefully at Good Samaritan Center in West Union, IA after a long battle with COPD.

Visitation will be held at Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home in Cresco, IA on Tuesday, February 20, 2018 from 2:30-4:30 pm with a service at 4:30 pm. Pastor Matt Larson of Burr Oak Lutheran Church will be officiating. Burial will be a private ceremony with the family at a later date.

Debra L. Ryan was born on February 24, 1958 to Dale "Bud" Lepa and Edith Mae (Dotzler) Lepa. Debra grew up in the Cresco area. She graduated from Crestwood High School. She has three daughters. Her greatest joys in life are her grandkids. She enjoyed reading and crossword puzzles.

She is survived by her mother, Edith Mae Lepa of Cresco, IA; three daughters, Carri (Mike) Dahl of Cresco, IA, Danielle (Tim) Chihak of Cresco, IA, Dakotah (Kyle) McIntyre of Decorah, IA; four grandchildren, Madelynn Dahl, Haylee Dahl, Lillian Chihak, and Joseph Chihak; and five siblings, Julie (Steve) Dawley of Ridgeway, IA, Jannette Wiginton of Little Elm, TX, Randy Lepa of Ankeny, IA, Daryl (Kathy) Lepa of Riceville, IA, and Dean (Lori) Lepa of Cresco, IA.

Debra is preceded in death by her father Dale "Bud" Lepa.
