Eldena "Deenie" L. Seabright

Eldena “Deenie” Seabright, 84, of Spring Valley, MN died Monday, July 16, 2019 at Spring Valley Living. 

Eldena Lucille Jacobson was born December 20, 1934 in Ostrander, MN to Herman and Mae (Clark) Jacobson. On December 31, 1951, Deenie was united in marriage to Jerry Seabright at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wykoff, MN. She loved dancing and would sometimes go dancing 3 or more times a week. Deenie was also an active member of Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Spring Valley and WELCA.

Deenie is survived by her children Lynne Martin of Prescott, AZ, and Craig (Cindy) Seabright of Spring Valley, MN, grandchildren Jackie (Kyle) Haigh of Goodland, MN, Matt (Tricia) Voigt of Nashwauk, MN, Samantha (Jessie) Grabau of Harmony, MN, and Amanda (Chad) Boettcher of Spring Valley, MN, 7 great-grandchildren, sisters Lorraine Hildestad of Austin, MN, and Mary Anne (Don) Befort of Lake City, MN, and sister-in-law Miriam Jacobson of Rochester, MN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jerry in 2004, and two brothers Terry Jacobson and Mert Jacobson.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Spring Valley with Pastor Betsy Dartt officiating. Burial will be at the Frankford Cemetery in Frankford Township. Visitation will be held Friday, July 19 from 4-7 p.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Church and will continue for one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
