A Celebration of Life visitation for Janis Pearl Turbenson will be held 5-7 P.M. Friday February 1, 2019 at the Hindt Funeral Home in Spring Valley.
Pearl died Saturday January 26, 2019 at Seasons Hospice in Rochester, MN. She was born April 4, 1958 in Spring Valley, MN to Roy and Margaret (Westphal) Thompson. She attended school in Spring Valley and was united in marriage to Harold Turbenson. Pearl worked as a waitress for Elaine’s Café in Spring Valley and bartended for the Spring Valley VFW. She enjoyed playing cards and going to the casino.
She is survived by 2 sons; Kenny (Jamie) Turbenson of LeRoy, MN and Casey ( Dawn Crago) Turbenson of Spring Valley, MN 2 siblings; Suzie (Kenny) Kohn of Spring Valley and Mike (Sherri) Thompson) of Le Roy, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 5 brothers and 2 sisters.
