Stephen E. Welke, 66, of Preston, MN died Monday, July 8, 2019 at Maple Leaf Services in Preston.

A graveside service for Stephen will be held Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Our Saviors Lutheran Cemetery in Spring Valley, MN.

Stephen Erwin Welke was born May 23, 1953 in Austin, MN to Lowell and Shirley (Thompson) Welke.

Stephen is survived by his father Lowell Welke of Palmetto, FL, siblings Kathy (Greg) Rathbun of Byron, MN, Roger (Deann) Welke of Denver, NC, David (Carla) Welke of Sarasota, FL, 4 great-nephews, and 1 great-niece.

He was preceded in death by his mother Shirley and two infant brothers.
