Bradley E. Nolt, 40, of Des Moines, IA, formerly of Le Roy, MN, passed away on Tuesday, July 14, 2020.

Bradley Evan Nolt was born June 22, 1980 in Osage, IA to Benjamin and Diane (Good) Nolt. In June of 1998, he was baptized in rural Preston, MN in the Root River by the Church of the Brethren. He graduated from Le Roy-Ostrander High School in 2000. After graduation, Brad helped on the family farm and then became an over the road truck driver for several years. He liked operating big farm equipment and enjoyed participating in tractor pulls. Brad most recently worked for his brother-in-law as a service technician at BulbGuy Lighting in Des Moines.  He was also a volunteer firefighter for Northern Warren County Fire Department, while studying to be an EMT.  Prior to moving to Des Moines, Brad lived in Alabama where he held jobs in construction and security installation.  He also volunteered his time with the local fire and rescue team.   Brad enjoyed music, especially singing karaoke, and he loved being Uncle Brad to his nieces and nephews. Brad will always be remembered for his big grin, being kind and polite. He was a dedicated and hard worker and always willing to help anybody out when they needed it.

Brad is survived by his parents Ben and Diane Nolt of Le Roy, MN, sisters Teresa (Dave) Hein of West Des Moines, IA, and Victoria Nolt of Le Roy, 4 nieces, and 3 nephews.

He was preceded in death by his paternal and maternal grandparents.
