Cecelia Margaret (Lipa) Praska

Cecelia Praska, age 87, of Cresco, passed away at her home on July 08, 2020.

Cecelia Margaret Praska was born February 23, 1933 to Francis and Beatrice (Polansky) Lipa. On April 17, 1950 she married Raymond C. Praska. They were blessed with one daughter Patricia. Ray and Cecelia farmed near Schley until 2006 when they moved to Cresco. Cecelia enjoyed flowers and gardening. She also enjoyed doing crafts and attending craft shows.

Cecelia is survived by her daughter Patricia (William) Roney and a sister, Anna Mae (Ray) Maravetz and she is also survived by her furry pal, Jodi.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ray in 2018, her brother Clarence and sisters Mary (Vince) Hosek and Agnes (Ed) Novak.  

A funeral mass will be held at 11:00am Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at the Notre Dame Catholic Church in Cresco.  Visitation will take place on Monday, July 13, 2020 from 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. at the Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home in Cresco.  

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, masks are recommended and social distancing will be practiced.
