Charles "Chuck" Michael Pierce passed away on December 23, 2023, suddenly in his home.  He was 45 years old.

Chuck was born July 23, 1978 in Cresco, Iowa, to Michael and LaRita (Riehle) Pierce.

Chuck attended Notre Dame Elementary, and then attended Crestwood Jr. High and High School.  He actively participated in football and choir, and graduated in the "best class but naughtiest class of 1997".  Chuck worked at Fareway in Cresco during high school, then after, went to Featherlite where he found his passion for welding. Following Featherlite, Chuck worked for Gene Koschmeder, where he perfected his love for building and the need to be precise. Chuck worked 15+ years at Manahan's Machine Shop. After leaving Manahan's, he continued welding independently and most recently joined the team at Preston Protein in Preston, MN, in the maintenance department.

Chuck married Rebecca “Becky” Richardson on July 21, 2007 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Cresco Iowa.  They had been best friends since junior high and found their way back to each other later in life when they needed each other the most.  Chuck was an amazing loving father to Dylan, Keeaunna, Makiah and in 2017, Chuck and Rebecca completed their family by adding Kenzie.  Chuck's family was his life. He enjoyed camping, jet skiing, boating, hunting, most recently, Chuck fell in love with fishing, but most importantly he loved doing this with his entire family.  Chuck loved traveling, taking many trips to Florida where he created amazing memories.
