Iris Polashek Obituary

Iris Ann Polashek was born into the arms of the Lord on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Winneshiek Medical Center in Decorah, IA.

Iris is survived by her loving parents Michael and Sarah (Balik) Polashek of Clermont, IA, paternal grandparents John & Nancy Polashek, maternal grandparents Merlin & Allison Balik, great-grandparents Jan Bruns, Bill & Ann Meirick, aunts and uncles Katie Polashek, Izzy Balik & Melinda Fritz and children Brock, Sienna, & Savanna Balik, Jacob & Sterry Balik and their children Arianna & Alexander, and Benjamin & Stephanie Balik.

A private family service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, family requests that memorials be made to the Winneshiek Medical Center OB and Anesthesia Department.
