John F. Koch

John F. Koch, 56, of Spring Valley, MN, died on Monday, March 18, 2024 at Mayo Clinic- St. Marys Campus in Rochester, MN. 

John was born October 12, 1967 to Dan and Karen (Briggs) Koch. He was married to Michelle “Shelly” Lex. The two later divorced. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. John had a green thumb when it came to gardening and took a special interest in trees. He loved spending time outdoors.

John is survived by his daughter Amanda House of Wabasha, son Zack Koch of Spring Valley, brothers Rick Koch of Preston and Bob (Renee) Roeder of Rochester, grandchildren Grahmm, Aerabell, Rainer, Brynn and Hailey, grandmother Clara Briggs of Spring Valley, nieces and nephews Ava, Josie, Luke and Brady.

He was preceded in death by his mom Karen Roeder and his grandpa Bernard Briggs.

Visitation for John will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 4:30-5:30 p.m. at Hindt Funeral Home in Spring Valley.
