Myron Kruegel

  Myron was born on August 26 of 1940 and died on December 18 2022. He was born in Forestville MN. Later moved to Spring Valley Mn.where he was raised and went to school.  After graduation he joined the United States Army as an engineer in 1959, was stationed in Greenland at Camp Centery for 1 yr. He got out in 1962, went back to Spring Valley where he married Linda Calhoun, in that union they had 4 children and later divorced. He worked at Crenlo for 37 years, after retirement he moved into Hillside Homes where he lived out his final years traveling and camping with his brother John, fishing and spending time with his family. 
       Myron was preceded in death by son Todd Kruegel, Granddaughter Jade Holck and parents Arlow and Mildred Kruegel. He was survived by daughter Tara (John) Selkirk, son Tanner  (Audrianna) Kruegel, daughter Trinity (Tiffany) Speiker, 8 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren, and brother John Kruegel.
   Burial will be on May 26 2023 at 1 p.m at Preston VA Memorial Cemetery with celebration of life on May 27, 2023 at Hillside Homes in Spring Valley from 10 -4.
