Robert Wilson Obituary

Robert A. Wilson, age 72, of Preston, MN, died Wednesday, October 7, 2020, at home.

A Graveside service will be held at Crown Hill Cemetery at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 17, 2020. Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home Preston is assisting the family.

Robert Alan Wilson was born on February 18, 1948, son of Kenneth Woodrow and Clara (Hahn) Wilson at the Preston Hospital. He attended country school then Preston High School. Robert was a simple man who enjoyed a quiet life. He liked getting his hands dirty farming and taking care of animals, especially his cat.

Robert is survived by his brother James K. Wilson of Preston, MN; sister Susan (David) Trumpold of Rochester, MN; niece Jennifer Trumpold of Rochester and her sons Cody Trumpold and Jameson Smith; niece Jolene Trumpold of Pine Island, MN and her daughter Katelynn Trumpold; and many cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents Kenneth and Clara Wilson.
