Eileen and Family, I am so sad to hear about Don. The last time I saw him was in Lourdes when I was back visiting a few years ago. Someone found an old accordion in the closet and he thought I should play a little song. I believe I played in Heaven There is No Beer while they all sang. There were always lots of laughs when he was around. I remember playing with the band at the Tower Club many times when you both owned it. He will be remembered with fond memories. Please know I am thinking of you and your family during this sad and difficult times.

I would like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the family for the loss of your dear Don. I hope that you will find comfort in the words of Jesus at John 5:28,29 where he promised that the day is coming when he is going to resurrect those in the grave. Please accept my sympathy. I'm sorry I can't be there, but I am now in the Ossian Senior Hospice. I will be thinking of Don and the whole family. He was always joking and keeping people entertained. I know he will be missed.
