Howard was one of the kindest people I have ever met. He always took time to ask how I was doing, especially after my first husband died so young. I know that he and Danny always enjoyed visiting at the farm store way back then. R.I.P. Howard!

I met Howard some years ago while working with the Star Tribune distribution.
Howard was one of the nicest people I have ever met. We met about once a month to talk about paper delivery issues and he never complained about anything, always positive. On one occasion, we met for lunch and at that time Howard gave me a small package. It contained three home made coat hangers, covered in yarn. I still have them. Howard seems to have had a full and active life, He can rest now. I am glad I got to meet you Howard, Heinz
