We were sorry to learn of Melvin's death. We are also sorry we were unable to attend his funeral - unexpected medical issues required our being at medical appointments. We wanted you to know that we are thinking of you and your family and know that he will be missed by many. Darrell and Barb Ottman

With the passing of Melvin, a large piece of my life has ended. I always thought that he would find a way to live forever. Now he lives forever in the hearts and minds of all who knew him. Loura, we are there with you in spirit. Our sincere condolences. You have many, many friends and relatives who will do whatever is needed to help you. For some strange reason, I keep thinking of the games of Pepper we used to play by the hour at your kitchen table. I always thought that we would have one more game. Melvin would agree and say "Deal me in". Again, we are there with you in spirit. I will never forget our visits, card games and fishing trips. All our love to you.
