We are so sorry to hear of Mickey's passing. So young and unexpected. We are cousins and spent time together messing around in the summers "way back when" in Andover, IL when I was lucky enough to come and visit. Mickey's smile has never left my memory, and never will. Our deepest sympathy to Butch and the entire family on the loss of such a special lady. MIckey was one of my closest childhood friends. We sang duets together at Osco Church in junior high and had many sleep overs together. She had an infectious smile, a bubbly personality and a heart of gold. I was blessed by her life and her friendship during the years she lived in Illinois.

What an adorable picture of Mickey! It perfectly captures her spirit and the joy she brought to life. I worked with Mickey for several years at Mayo and her happy and positive nature lightened every day. The world has shifted slightly on its axis for her family and friends who will feel this loss every day. Too soon. Too sad.

So very sorry for your loss. Way too soon for such a lovely little niece. I can remember Mickey as a young child with those sparkling eyes and bounding around causing Katherine to "get off the couch" when we visited. We had our last hugs at Rhonda's wedding. Jolene, Martin & family - I just found about Mickey's passing this morning and am in shock. I was looking to forward to seeing and talking with Mickey at the 5/21/16 event. I worked with both Mickey and Jolene in the ESC several years ago. So sorry for your loss. I will be looking forward to talking with the family next weekend.

I went to high school with Mickey. She had a wonderful sense of humor and always had a smile on her face. At my baby shower Mickey said, "Sue, promise me one thing. Promise me your kids won't be those kids running around with runny noses." So funny and so like Mickey. I am very sorry for your loss, and your family is in my prayers.
