I can't believe I'm typing this right now, soo sad. I realize I hadn't seen much of you over the last few years, but I'll always remember babysitting. You were honestly the best kid I ever had the luxury of watching. So kind, so funny, so much more than just a child! I will always remember you and I know the world is a lot smaller today without your smile in it!

I'm very sorry for your loss. I had just met Scotty on New Year's eve. I'm still in shock as many of you probably are. I pray that God gives you the peace that passes all understanding in this time of sorrow. I leave the following poem in memory of Scotty. His Journey’s Just Begun Don’t think of him as gone away— his journey’s just begun, life holds so many facets— this earth is only one. Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears, in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years. Think how he me must be wishing that we could know today how nothing but our sadness can really pass away. And think of him as living in the hearts of those he touched— for nothing loved is ever lost— and he was loved so much. E. Brenneman

Brenda (Hannam) Grundstrom

Marcia (Tangen) Myli

I am so sorry to hear of Scott's passing. I never met him but know both Doug and Linda. My sympathy goes out to all of Scott's family and friends. It is so hard to lose someone you love, especially when he is so young. May God comfort all of you during this difficult time and know that there are lots of people who care.

Shelly Stowell

I was thinking of Scott yesterday and decided to see if I could find him on Facebook. Imagine my shock and sadness to hear of his passing. I met Scott many moons ago on a camping trip as a teenager. He and I sent many letters back and forth, a few phone calls and a visit by me to a Mabel football game. He was such a nice guy, it appears as though he was very loved by many. May he rest in peace.
