Oh my dear sis, What will I do without your calls and times together. To all who knew Sue and to those that did not, you should read the wonderful, caring notes and posters and banner the Kingsland children did for Sue. Sue loved all of you and wants you to remember her for her smile and fun times. She wants her funeral to be a celebration of her life as she did enjoy life the best she could. Rest in Gods hands Sue. You will be truly missed! Love you to the Moon and back!

Sue was a one of a kind! She was such a conscience worker and always willing to help whenever you needed it! The kids on the teams I coached still speak so fondly of how she used to allow them to play ball when there wasn't anyone else around to watch them, she made sure to do so. I could always count on the latest Spring Valley news from her as well! I already miss her greatly! I will always see her as a part of this school district. I will do my best to keep her memory alive in the halls! God blessed you Sue! I know you are dancing away in heaven!

Sue and I shared many laughs, many conversations, and even some prayers. I will miss seeing her in the halls of Kingsland, at Chateau de Chic, and riding around town! I will also miss the bursts of color in her hair. She touched my heart. My condolences to her family and friends. Thank you Sue for letting your light shine in my world!

Message from Kathy & Marcia
April 12, 2016 11:13 AM

Our friend Suzie. We grew up as neighbors but my sister, Marcia has been soul mates with Suzie since they were old enough to sneak off and get into mischief, which was A LOT over the last fifty years. Suzie has always 'been there' when we needed her to help with out with our puppies and we'll miss her dearly. Suzie, like Marcia loved to LAUGH! Together they could be very naughty, Both friends grew up to be hard-working, intelligent, caring and very thoughtful people, especially to animals.
One of Sue's best traits was that she always lived her life to the fullest and loved to laugh and smile with who ever she met on a walk, bike ride or in the store. Whenever, Marcia and Suzie were feeling down and needed a friend to lean on, they had each other. They have been through a lot over the years, but no matter where life took them they knew they could count on one another.
Sue taught us a lot over the years. She taught us important things like the value of friendship and family.
It isn’t possible to put into words the importance of friendship and how much Sue meant to us, especially my sister. She positively influenced our lives in so many ways and we will miss her with all of our hearts. Sue, thank you for your friendship, We will never forever all of the crazy, fun times you spent together with our family. I know I can't take your place, but I promise to TRY to be a better friend to my sister now that your gone, YOU taught me what friendship is.
Thank You Suzie.

Sue touched so many people's lives. Whether you worked with her, saw her at the school, or ran into her at a store she always made everyone around her smile. If you saw her whiz past on her scooter she always had a hand waving in the air and a smile on her face. We will miss her a lot and are thankful for the time she spent sharing her life with ours. To her family we are very sorry for your loss.

Although I didn't see Sue too often, when I did, I felt like I just saw her last week. She always asked about everyone in my family and I just felt I could talk with her for hours. When I found out about her cancer on Thursday, she said right away "come over and we will talk about the good old days". I told her I would come on Sunday, but that was too late. I regret not coming right away to the hospital. I will miss her smile and laughter. I always considered her a good friend. Bobbi
