I have only known Rocky for about 4yrs. now but I have learned much about not only the business but about everyday life.
In the business when he was not at the shop I could call him with a technical problem about a machine and he could explain to me how to fix it without even seeing the machine. It takes a very special person with lots of knowledge to do that. He was a great teacher and I have learned so much from him.
In everyday life he was a man that would do anything for someone in need of a little help. If that meant giving them money for food or paying an electric bill so they could get caught up and move forward. He was a very generous, loving and compassionate man. Rocky helped me through my own personal family struggles. He would talk me through things and always would be there to listen to me when I was at my worst. That is not a boss but a person who cares deeply about his employees. I am blessed to have met Rocky and his wonderful family. I will also never forget Rocky's humor as most of you know he could always make you laugh. Whether it was telling jokes, making noises or just saying things that you couldn't resist but to laugh at. These are all special memories I will remember forever.
ROCKY: You will never be forgotten and you will always be in our hearts and minds forever. Rest in Peace

We didn't know you well, or long, but everything we knew about you was about you helping someone else. You tried to help Amanda with her plumbing so her kids would have running water, you bought a mobile home trying to help Becky, the one my daughter bought from you. We had some good conversations here and at the shop. You made quite an impression on us in a short amount of time, and your passing from this world hit us rather hard. You will be missed. God must have needed you to help him instead.

I wanted you all to know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. We are not able to be there in person, but our hearts go out to all. Rockny brought so much laughter and joy to our Reunions - that will be missed. There are so many good memories and hopefully that will bring you strength to carry you through this. Sending our love - Dar and Ron Lazer

My condolences to all of Rockys family! I wish we would've gotten together like we said we were going to. Rocky and I had some great times when we were in high school. I'm sorry I can't make the funeral, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all!

I came to know you Rocky, through marriage to Mike.....almost 30 years ago. So many great memories of a bunch of us being down at "camp" together.......the huge and I mean gigantic bonfires where either you or Dean would pour gasoline on the fire and freak everyone out . You showed me my first rattlesnake down there and of course teased me about it. We had a lot of chats through instant messaging and you helped me through a lot of anxiety and sadness that I was going through. I wish I could have helped you Rock. I'm writing this for Mike as well. He loved you so much Rocky. I know that guys don't usually say those kind of things but he truly did. He always called you Uncle Rocky and you had a huge influence on his early years and also later in life. We are both heartbroken that you are no longer here with us.. Rest in peace Rocky. We will never forget you.

I cried my eyes out when my son Christopher called to tell me Rocky was gone. When I was around him he seemed like such a nice guy and he helped my son with many aspects of his life. My heart goes out to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing Rocky. Life is a struggle and sometimes people can become overwhelmed. Love your family and always be there for them no matter what. You will be missed Rocky. R.I.P. Love Jackie

Rocky Moger was a kind hearted man. He took the “love your neighbor as yourself”, speech that Jesus gave very literally. He often hired people at Bluff Country not based on their skill set, but based on his love for them. He was very good at giving, but not as good at receiving. We will remember him for his generous nature, great work ethic, ability to make us belly laugh and his love for his family. Rock you are loved and you will be missed.
