Kenny, Kevin: I was sorry to hear of Mayvis' passing. I know I only saw you folks once a year at the Card a thon, but we sure had some fun playing cards over the years. Win or lose, your family always made great partners, no matter what the game was. Once again, I am sorry for your loss.

The Hanna Family lived about a mile from our farm and Mayvis used to babysit for the Abbott girls in the '50's when our folks took an infrequent night out. She was a good babysitter and we all liked her. Then thru the '90's and up to about '05, Mayvis and I both belonged to the little LeRoy quilt club, The Prairie Quilters. Mayvis created some nice, neat traditional quilts. We had some fun, too. I loved to hear her laugh!
Kevin, your Mom was so very proud of you and she always will be! You will certainly miss her in your life, but she will always be near you.
With sympathy to the family and friends, Brian Roe & Linda Abbott-Roe
